Cancellation and No-Show Policy
I know your time is valuable, and I’m guessing you know mine is too. That’s why I ask that if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you kindly give at least 24 hours notice (preferably as much notice as you can). This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients. Last-minute open appointments will be priced at just $50 and notification of openings will be posted on my Facebook page. If you do not cancel your appointment, and are unable to show up, the appointment will be considered a no-show. There will be a 50% charge for any no-show, which must be paid before booking your next appointment.
Now of course I know there will be occasions in which sudden emergencies happen, and it is impossible to give the 24 hours notice. Please call me as soon as you know you are un-able to attend. I’m human, I have a heart, and I can make occasional exceptions, but shhh… don’t tell anyone. It will ruin my reputation of being a tough guy.
