Prenatal Partner Yoga and Massage
In this special 2 hour workshop partners will explore yoga poses and massage techniques that keep pregnant ladies and their mates comfortable and happy throughout pregnancy and birth. Techniques learned will address aches and pains specific to pregnancy and labor, and give you practical tools for staying connected to yourself and your partner throughout this beautiful process.
